Tenth Year Holidaying in Northumbria – a Lucky Find! Our 3rd Stay in Piglet Cottage – comfortable, well equipped & a lovely place to spend a week – do not be surprised to see us again – Drury – Nottinghamshire

Great Location for the near by Cragside House & Wallington Hall &Alnwick Castle. At our cottage we had starling chicks nesting, seen Wild Deer, A Curlew, A red squirrel at Cragside, seen a sparrowhawk swoop in, at the Star Gazing Lodge and Wildlife Hide. – Even seen Dolphins when we visited Seahouses. – Woke up every morning to Bird Song – A great Holiday in a lovely Cottage – Sue & Steve Shropshire

We absolutely loved this cottage and area. The owners were so friendly and also we had the privacy we needed but they were available anytime if we wanted them. The grounds are absolutely stunning. Cottage was basic but had everything we needed. It was perfect. Set in quiet surroundings and the grounds overlooking the beautiful lay of the land. Piglet Cottage is a very nice quiet place with nice views and I recommend this place to horse riders as there is alot of bridal ways, You can bring your horse on holiday too – Watson Family
